Chocoholic of the month

 

Our Chocoholic of the month is: Pili the Cow! All the way from the Equatorial Andes, Turucucho Community: ‘Green Fields Association’.

 

‘It’s been an amazing experience to work with República del Cacao. With the help of all my cowmmunity along with El Ordeño and AGSO’s* technical expertise, we launched the best 31% white chocolate.

 

We started by improving mine and my friend’s daily dietary needs by planting better and more resistant pastures. Our milk has now muuuuuch more grease and flavour… always milked with love and on time!’
