All orders are shipped from the UK so import duties or taxes may apply. Please contact your local customs office for further information. If you don’t pay the applicable duties and taxes and the item is returned to us, we will deduct any duties, taxes or fees incurred by us from your refund.
Our courier partners may not be able to call you on arrival so please ensure that you provide a delivery address where the shipment can be received and signed for during business hours. If you are unavailable to sign for your parcel, you can nominate an alternative signature however you will need to notify Royal Mail of this. The courier will try to deliver your order three times and will leave a calling card at each attempt.

Please note we will refund the postage of your return as part of our full refund service.
We have the world’s finest cacao from our home: Latin America. Our sugar is panela an unrefined traditional organic sugar and our milk is produced by small communities of dairy farmers. No wonder our chocolate is so delicious.
Let’s change the world one cacao bean at a time. We create alliances with local producers to strengthen traceability and promote the preservation of artisanal techniques, developing sustainable production of fine aroma chocolates.
