WHITE / SINGLE ORIGIN / CREAMY
Discover the first ever Single Origin white chocolate from Ecuador. All of our ingredients are sourced locally in Ecuador. Our cacao and pure cane sugar are grown on the coastal plains next to the Pacific Ocean. Our milk is produced by small milking communities in the foothills of the Cayambe Volcano near Quito, which provides a unique, natural, sweet and creamy milk.
Sugar from Ecuador, cocoa butter from Ecuador, whole milk powder from Ecuador, emulsifier (soy lecithin), natural vanilla extract. This product may contain traces of nuts (almonds, halzenuts, pistachio, pecan nuts), peanut, gluten, sesame, milk and egg proteins.
The milk of our White Chocolate Ecuador 31% comes from a valley located at the foot of the snow-capped volcano Cayambe (5790m above sea level). Our dairy partner is the community Turucucho which is formed by more than 50 farms and +500 cows. Our #COWmmunity campaign was developed with the support of our ally: “El Ordeño”, and a team of New Zealand experts from Dairy SolutioNZ. Our mountain milk is obtained manually, the milking process is by hand, and the cattle are raised by feeding them natural pastures. The project that we have developed seeks in its various stages, to preserve artisanal processes, increase productivity and milk quality, as well as guarantee economic stability to our partner community.

We have the world’s finest cacao from our home: Latin America. Our sugar is panela an unrefined traditional organic sugar and our milk is produced by small communities of dairy farmers. No wonder our chocolate is so delicious.
